Visibility Built In: The Shines Reflective Recycled Beanie

The Shines solves a real problem for outdoor and low-light activity. A single bright reflective thread is woven throughout the main fabric — 50% Recycled Polyester and 50% Acrylic — so visibility is built into the structure of the beanie, not added as a surface treatment. Double layer construction, 4 darts on top, 6 stitchings on a flat-machine finish, Gauge 10 Rib 1x1 knit, and a tearaway label.

Decoration Guide: Important: do NOT apply HTV over reflective yarn areas — heat and adhesion processes can damage the reflective thread. Embroidery on the flat front or front-of-cuff position using a knit stabiliser is recommended. Keep logo placement to the non-reflective cuff area where possible. Compact embroidery designs only — double layer provides extra stability.
