The REVEAL is built for those active at dawn, dusk, or dark. Reflective piping runs along the sandwich visor and back arch — strategically placed to return light from vehicle headlights and other sources in low-visibility conditions. Made from 35% Cotton and 65% Polyester for durability and everyday comfort, with a full metal buckle and sewn hole closure. Structured 6-panel design with a clean, work-ready profile.

Decoration Guide: Critical restriction: do NOT apply HTV over the reflective piping on the visor or back arch — heat transfer over reflective materials will damage the reflective property and adhesion will be unreliable. Embroidery on the main front crown panel only. Left-front panel is the primary position. Use a tear-away stabiliser. A structured front panel provides a stable embroidery surface.
