The ESTELLA-S takes the original Estella's sharp athletic design and rebuilds the material base with 100% Recycled Polyester Yarn. The contrast visor piping remains. The long Velcro closure with plastic loop remains. Even the visor insert is made from ReTraze 100% Recycled Plastic, and the sweatband is 100% Recycled Polyester — making this a genuinely comprehensive sustainability upgrade without sacrificing the sporty character of the original.

Decoration Guide: Structured 6-panel — embroidery is the preferred process. Primary position: left-front panel. Do NOT apply HTV over the contrast piping on the visor. Embroidery on the main crown panels only. The recycled polyester surface is stable for embroidery with a tear-away stabiliser. Right-side and back positions also available.

Sizing: One size fits most adults. Velcro closure adjusts across a broad range.
