Cotton Feel, Technical Performance: The BOLDER Mechanical Stretch Cap

The BOLDER looks like cotton, moves like stretch. Its 100% Polyester Stretch Twill is woven with a mechanical stretch technique that creates a fabric with the matte, lightweight appearance of cotton twill but the elastic recovery of a technical fabric. A Dry-Tech sweatband manages moisture actively, sewn eyelets provide ventilation, and a Velcro closure ensures adjustable security for all-day active wear.

Decoration Guide: Structured 6-panel with stable front panels. Left-front, right-side, and back positions available. Embroidery is the preferred decoration process on the stretch twill. Use a tear-away stabiliser to prevent the stretch fabric from distorting under embroidery needles. Avoid large HTV areas — stretch fabrics can cause HTV edges to peel under repeated flexing. Compact embroidery logos are ideal.

Sizing: One size fits most adults. Velcro closure adjusts for a secure fit.
