A Cotton and Tactel Nylon blend exterior provides UPF50+ sun protection, while the Dry-Tech sweatband in 91% Polyester / 9% Elastane wicks moisture quickly and dries fast under sustained activity. Structured front panels, a rubber PVC and Velcro closure, and a classic sports profile keep this cap functional without sacrificing appearance.

Decoration Guide: Structured 6-panel with stable front panels — embroidery is the preferred process. Left-front panel is the primary position. The Tactel Nylon blend responds well to flat-stitch embroidery. Use a tear-away stabiliser. Avoid HTV as the moisture-wicking fabric surface may affect adhesion. Right-side and back positions available for secondary branding.

Sizing: One size fits most adults. Rubber PVC and Velcro closure provides a secure, adjustable fit.
