It can also help relieve nervous tension, anxiety and promote a restful nights sleep. Lavender has antibacterial and antiviral qualities that make it perfect for defending the body.

ORGANIC MANDARIN OIL: Is known to soothe restlessness, especially in hyperactive children and may promote a feeling of ease and contentment.

ORGANIC ROMAN CHAMOMILE: Calming & soothing to the mind. Is considered one of the gentlest of essential oil. It known to calm the senses and central nervous system.
